Ms. Simrat Gulati is created a research group for Marketing, Branding and Tourism which brings together practical approach and theory to produce innovative research that has real-world impact. She connects students to the core advertising and contemporary challenges of planning with cutting-edge research.
Ms. Simrat Gulati currently working as an Assistant Professor and faculty of Advertising and Branding. She is a certified Digital Marketing Professional and completed Master of Business Administration in Advertising and Public Relations. She has taught and provided a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities. Her teaching style includes hands-on projects, case study sessions, group work, and industry visits to enhance student learning. She has conducted extensive innovative research in online customer behaviour, branding, project management and digital marketing. She has also published and presented her research in various university conference research articles.
She developed the course curriculum of postgraduate diploma course of event management as well as taught on a rotating basis with computer science, communication, and new media colleagues.
She has published in peer reviewed journals and presented her work at national peer-reviewed conferences. As part of the TIEM initiative, she is currently working with her team to build a Community of Practice to engage a wider range of students who are interested in the transition of students from high school to college.
