Ms. Monica Mahajan is working as an Assistant Professor and Faculty of Communication & Soft Skills at Tritya Institute of Event Management, (TIEM) Delhi and teaching event communication, business communication and persona management to the students. She believes in exploring new ideas and is passionate about learning new things and imparting the knowledge gained to her students.
She is a gold medallist and completed her graduation and masters in home science from Lady Irvin College, Delhi University. She earns the post graduate diploma in human rights too to give her active participation and contribution in Indian human society.
She has a 30+ years’ work experience in the education and public relations industry. She is a certified soft skills trainer and training students of TIEM in communication skills and personality development at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. At various universities like Delhi University, SGT University, and others, Monica Mahajan has held workshops on communication skills and personality development. In Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi, she has acted as a resource person for the skill development centre.
Her work includes giving counselling sessions at Sanjivani Institute of Mental Health to people in need. She works regularly with several NGO's and counselling sessions at Sanjivani Institute of Mental Health make her a well-known figure in the mental health field. Training sessions have been conducted by Monica Mahajan for corporate employees, and she has attended seminars on corporate communication, employee training, mental health counselling, public relations, and teacher training. She has been working on several research papers and has also published numerous articles in newspapers and websites.
To accomplish her life goal, she needs to positively impact as many lives as possible. If she can be able to make even a small difference in one life, it will be a career accomplishment.
