PROCEDURE FOR AVAILING BANK LOAN ASSISTANCE
Students who want to apply for Educational/Student Loan will need an offer letter from the Tritya Institute of Event Management, TIEM DELHI. TIEM will provide the requisite offer letter as required by the bank/financer for loan purposes, as and if believed appropriate.
However, the students and their parents/guardians shall be responsible for obtaining sanction and repayment of the sanctioned loan and all kinds of liabilities and consequences arising thereof, if any. TIEM is shall not be liable and responsible in this regard for whatever reason.

Loan Application Process
Receive an Offer Letter
Students must obtain an official admission offer letter from TIEM Delhi.
Submit Documents
Collect and submit all necessary documents required by the bank or NBFC.
Loan Application and Disbursement
Apply directly with the bank or financing body. Upon approval, funds are disbursed as per the loan agreement. TIEM provides guidance, but students and co-applicants are solely responsible for the sanction process.
Important: TIEM only assists in the loan facilitation process. Loan approval is strictly at the discretion of the lender.
DOCUMENT LIST OF PAPERS / DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR EDUCATION LOAN
- Admission letter of Tritya Institute of Event Management, TIEM Delhi, giving details of year wise fee, boarding and lodging expenses (Optional), Letter confirming scholarship, if any.
- Attested copies of documents for proof of age/date of birth and proof of residential address.
- Passport size photo of the applicant, co-obligants and guarantors.
- Copy of marksheets/degree certificates of previous academic qualifications.
- Income proof/latest income tax return of parents/co-obligants, guarantors. (if any)
- Details of collateral security along with valuation certificate of Govt approved valuer (if any).
Details/statements of Bank accounts held with banks by the student applicant/co-obligant(s)/guarantors (if any) for the last six months.

- TIEM assists with documentation and guidance but does not guarantee loan approval.
- Loans are only available to students who have passed Class 12 in 2024 or 2025.
- Applicants with gaps in education may not be eligible.
- Only one financial scheme (scholarship/loan/EMI) may be availed at a time.
- At any stage if the loan is denied, the institution shall not be liable for any kind of refund whatsoever
- Rate of Interest (ROI) is subject to change as per the terms and conditions of the lenders, banks or financial institutions. Tentative rates of interest are following as:
