Ms. Vibha Malhotra is an Assistant Professor and Senior Lecturer, Faculty of Human Resource Management at Tritya Institute of Event Management, (TIEM) Delhi and teaching fundamentals of Human Resources, HR Management and Principles.
Her responsibility is to guide and supervise TIEM students in the planning, coordination, and supervision of the recruitment of new employees in corporate companies. The dynamic Ms. Vibha Malhotra is an amazing writer, content creator, and professor with over 20 years’ experience in human resources. She has taught Human Resource Management at several business schools and colleges before joining TIEM.
Formerly, Ms. Vibha Malhotra was working with Amity University Noida as a visiting faculty, as a passionate teacher, a practitioner of quality in higher Human Resource Management education and an accomplished administrator.
Ms. Vibha Malhotra has won numerous teacher awards, including the best teacher award for Academic Excellence and Leadership in the year 2021-2022. She has published more than 10 books with international and national publications and has organized numerous international conferences and events from a very young age of 20 years. She has contributed to the teaching curriculum of IGNOU and Delhi University and conducted management seminars and workshops for various universities.
