Ms. Shivani Bakshi has completed a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Delhi University. She is having Over 14 years of strong customer service, mentoring, leadership, and organizational experience in the hospitality and PR industry.
She has completed IATA training in ticketing from Germany and had a flying experience with Emirates Airline, Dubai as a Sr. Cabin Crew in Premium Cabins. She has also worked with Lufthansa German Airline in Germany and served as a Sales & Marketing manager before joining Tritya Institute of Event Management in 2021. As a visiting faculty, Ms. Shivani Bakshi has a vast experience in teaching Communication Skills, Soft Skills training, and personality development enhancements training at various universities and educational organizations including Tritya Institute of Event Management.
