As a student Coordinator, she plays a key leadership role in welcoming and supporting Student, Teachers, meeting with Student Teachers and Mentor Teachers. At times, she is also tasked to manage student reactions and expectations or responsible for answering students’ questions. She is also responsible for managing schedule, student event coordination, faculty payroll, room allocation and instructional supplies for the regular classes and practical workshops.

She is well versed in assisting students on course selection, prepare and maintain student records according to TIEM’s policies and regulations. Her main forte is to coordinate with the teachers, lecturers, professors to develop lesson plans and course materials by exchanging feedback and recommendations through their testimonials and assignments.
