TIEM SCHOLARSHIPS
At TIEM, we believe that every passionate and creative mind deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and lead the future of the event management industry. Financial limitations should never be a barrier for those with the potential to innovate and excel.
We offer a wide range of scholarships and financial aid programs that reward academic merit, leadership, innovation, sports excellence, and special social backgrounds. These scholarships are aimed at making quality event education accessible and inclusive.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- All students who are eligible for the scholarships (after 10+2 or graduation) are given admission on Fast Track or Scholarship basis. If you are looking for the scholarship discount, then can appear for the scholarship cum entrance test. Otherwise for the fast track or direct admission, you do not have to appear for the admission selection process and their admission is done based on their Application Form. There should be no year gap between class XII and Graduation.
- Aggregate percentage of class XII will be calculated on best four academic subjects (English + 3 Academic subjects), excluding Physical Education / Fine Arts / Performing Arts / vocational / non written subjects or the graduation all years CGPA from the Semester Marksheets. Academic scholarships are applicable only on tuition fees, and final approval is subject to merit list ranking and scholarship committee decision.
TYPES OF SCHOLARSHIPS
Merit Based Scholarships

Please Note:
- Fast Track Admission without appearing in Admission Selection Process.
- Scholarship in academic fees for the first year of the program, will be offered to the candidates of class XII, appeared in the year 2024 & 2025.
- Fast Track Admission cum-Scholarship will be granted on verification of documents after joining the program.
- Aggregate percentage will be calculated on the basis of marks scored in English & three academic subjects (compulsorily including subjects of eligibility AND excluding Physical Education, Fine Arts, Performing Arts or any Vocational/Non-Written subjects). These subjects will only be considered for their respective / select programs.
- Limited Scholarship seats are available, which will be offered after joining the program.
- Students will be required to pay the full fees initially. The excess amount accruing due to scholarship will be adjusted against payment for Semester-II.
- Grant of Scholarship is subject to approval of Scholarship Committee.
- Candidates meeting the Scholarship eligibility criteria should approach the admission office after selection with the original marksheets for the grant of On Admission Scholarship, latest by 31st October of the year of seeking admission (If not received and wherever applicable as per TIEM Scholarship Policy).
- No Scholarship request shall be considered post 31st October of the admission year.
CUET 2025 Based Scholarships

Please Note:
- Students from ICSE/ CBSE and State Boards only
- Percentage will be calculated based on the eligibility prescribed for specific subjects of the program, student is seeking admission.
- Limited Scholarship seats are available, which will be offered on first-cum-first-serve basis.
- Direct admission will be offered based on CUET scores of 75% & above.
This scholarship is valid for 1st year only. No continuation of this scholarship.
Sports Based Scholarships

CUET Score and Class XII should be of 2025 with Valid Sports Body Certificates only.
Please Note:
- Students who have excelled in state-level or national-level sports in the last two years (2023–25 onwards) can apply for sports scholarships ranging from 10% to 50% of tuition fees for the first academic year.
- Students from ICSE/ CBSE and State Boards only.
- Percentage will be calculated based on the eligibility prescribed for specific subjects.
- Last date to apply for Sports Scholarship is 30th August 2025.
- Students will be required to pay the full fees initially. The excess amount accruing due to scholarship will be adjusted against payment for Semester-II.
- Scholarship is granted on annual basis for the first year and continuation in second and further years of the program is subject to sports scholarship policy of TIEM DELHI.
- Sports performances of the current academic year will be considered for continuation / withdrawal of scholarship.
Defence and Paramilitary Based Scholarships

In recognition of the dedication and service of our armed forces and security forces:
- Up to 10% scholarship on tuition fees in the first year is granted to the children of active or retired personnel from:
- Indian Army
- Indian Navy
- Indian Air Force
- Indian Coast Guard
- CRPF / BSF / CISF / ITBP / Assam Rifles / Police / Government Security Forces
- Valid government-issued ID or service certificate is required.
TIEMCET 2025 Based Scholarships

TIEMCET 2025 score and Class XII should be of 2025.
Please Note:
- Direct Admission is not applicable for the students who are appearing into scholarship cum entrance test.
- Limited Scholarship seats are available, which will be offered after joining the program on verification of original documents.
- Scholarship is granted on annual basis for the first year and continuation of scholarship in second and subsequent years will be governed by scholarship policy. Scholarship discounts are applicable in 1st year only. 2nd year onwards continuation scholarship rules apply.
- Students will be required to pay the full fees initially. The excess amount accruing due to scholarship will be adjusted against payment for Semester-II.
- Grant of Scholarship or discount in fee is subject to approval of Scholarship Management Committee (SMC) of TIEM DELHI. TIEM DELHI Scholarship Management Committee is having full right to discontinue the scholarship scheme any point of time.
- Limited number of scholarships are available on first come first serve basis.
- Students seeking scholarship based on TIEMCET TEST score may note that we have Limited seats under this category and the same will be allotted on first cum first serve basis.
- Candidates meeting the Scholarship eligibility criteria should approach the admission office after selection with the original marksheets for the grant of Scholarship, before the batch commencement of the year for seeking admission. Scholarship is offered to MBA in Event Management, BBA in Event Management, Diploma & PG Diploma in Event Management.

- Wards of Tritya Institute of Event Management staff are eligible for tuition fee concessions as per institutional HR policy.
- Limited Scholarship seats are available, which will be offered after joining the program on verification of original documents.
- Scholarship is granted on annual basis for the first year and continuation of scholarship in second and subsequent years will be governed by scholarship policy. Scholarship discounts are applicable in 1st year only. 2nd year onwards continuation scholarship rules apply.
SIBLINGS OF STUDENT BASED SCHOLALRSHIPS

SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY & CONTINUATION POLICY
To retain your scholarship throughout the duration of your program:
- Maintain minimum 8.00 CGPA every semester
- Minimum 75% attendance required
- No backlogs, disciplinary actions, or academic failures
- Subject to annual review by the Scholarship Continuation Committee

IMPORTANT NOTES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
Scope & Eligibility
- Scholarships are applicable only to tuition fees. They do not cover hostel, registration, exam, or any additional charges.
- Available to students who have cleared their Class 12th exams in 2024 or 2025
- Scholarships will be granted only if the 10th and 12th boards are the same and there is no gap in education after 12th grade.
Application Process & Deadline
- Scholarships are awarded after document verification and approval by the Scholarship Committee.
- Students must pay full tuition fees upfront. The scholarship amount will be adjusted against Semester II or the next installment.
- The application deadline is 31st October of the academic year. No requests will be accepted post this date.
Availability & Selection
- All scholarships are offered on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited seats.
- Only one scholarship can be availed at a time, whichever carries the higher value.
- The Scholarship Committee reserves the right to review, modify, cancel, or revoke any scholarship in cases of misrepresentation, misconduct, or non-compliance with fee deadlines.
Continuation of Scholarship
- Scholarships for the 2nd year onwards are governed by the Scholarship Continuation Policy 2025–26.
- To maintain the scholarship, a student must achieve minimum 8.00 CGPA, 75% attendance, and have no backlogs (FI/FR).
- Scholarships will be awarded based on school-wise merit rankings. The detailed continuation policy will be published on the official website by 31st December.
HOW TO APPLY FOR SCHOLARSHIPS
- Fill out the TIEM Scholarship Application Form available on the official website or admission portal.
- Upload all necessary documents:
- Academic transcripts
- ID proof
- Certificates (Sports, Innovation, Defence, etc.)
- Submit the form before the deadline.
- Await confirmation post evaluation by the Scholarship Committee.
